We will ship the pieces within 72 hours of purchase. However, if this is not possible, you will be notified via email of any delays.
Because we use Fedex , we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Colors by Liza would like you to be happy with your purchase/s. All of the pieces are hand made individually by Liza with the highest quality and craftmanship. No two products are identical and mostly one-of-a-kind.
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days after receiving your order. You may return the unused (and without damage) item/s for a full refund or exchange for another piece.
Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your account for the full purchase price LESS shipping and insurance charges. Please note that ALL shipping expenses are the customer's responsiblity.
All damage claims must be made upon receipt of shipment.
